            If you choose to Fax or E-mail the application(s) to our office, please make sure that you either make a note on the application identifying which property that you are applying for or contact us beforehand so that we can be aware of your application.  Also please ensure that your application(s) are filled out fully and correctly including your signature to help streamline the process.


Important things to know about your application(s):

Every adult intending to live in the residence must fill out a separate application. There is a $25.00 application fee for each applicant. This fee will cover the cost of obtaining your credit report (for each individual 18 years of age or older) and the cost of processing your application. We can not begin to process your application until the Application Fee has been received. This fee may be paid in our office by cash, or cashier's check/money order. If you are unable to pay the fee in our office you may mail us a cashier's check/money order but please keep in mind that it will take a few days longer to receive the fee.

We also can accept the application fee payment by www.paypal.com ,  If using Paypal, please send payment to our email address: info@peoplehelpingothers.com.

On every application we will verify your current and past rental history, income, and credit history. To streamline the process, you should fill out the application completely including your signature. You may also include proof of income such as pay stubs, etc.   Pay stubs must be for the most recent two pay periods.  Please call our office at (619) 282-5400 with any questions.

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for People Helping Others Property Management.  This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this web site.  It will notify you of the following:

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, application qualification) are granted access to personally identifiable information.  The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
