If you choose to Fax or E-mail the application(s) to our office, please make sure that you either make a note on the application identifying which property that you are applying for or contact us beforehand so that we can be aware of your application. Also please ensure that your application(s) are filled out fully and correctly including your signature to help streamline the process.
Important things to know about your application(s):
APPLICATION FEE: There is a $30.00 Non-refundable application fee per applicant that must be paid prior to processing. Each occupant 18 years of age or older must submit a rental application. All applications must be submitted prior to processing. Co-applicants may use the term “refer to first application” for information that would be identical such as current or previous addresses. It is possible when you submit your application that other applications are pending for the same property. The approval process is completed as quickly as possible with the average turn around time at two business days. Your application will be good for 30 days and can be applied to another unit without an additional fee. Payments can be made in the form of cash, check, online with www.paypal.com, or certified funds such as a Money Order or Cashier’s Check. Cash cannot be accepted outside of our office. It is recommended when paying with cash to pay the exact dollar amount. When paying the application fee online, please use www.paypal.com and send funds to info@peoplehelpingothers.com. APPROVAL: Typically applications are approved based on the following areas: 1. Rental History (Current & Past) 2. Income (Proof of income is required) 3. Credit 4. Terms requested (move in date, move in requests, price negotiations) All applications are reviewed with the Homeowner who makes the final decision. Applications are approved by qualifications as opposed to a “first come” basis. If your application is denied, a letter indicating details will be mailed to the address you listed as your current address. Current address must be a physical address, PO Boxes are not accepted. Photo identification is required upon signing of a lease and may be asked for prior to lease signing. SUBMITTING: Applications may be submitted by the following methods: Mail, Fax, Email, or In Person. Applications will not be processed without the applicant’s signature and application fee.
