Karl has been a San Diego area property manager for over 35 years and a Broker for over 26 years. He has a well rounded knowledge of all aspects of real estate and expertise in maximizing real estate rental values. As a landlord himself, he clearly understands what the owner of investment property needs from a management company and ensures People Helping Others Property Management is operated accordingly.
Greg Mortensen, Manager / Owner
Greg joined his father as co-owner of People Helping
Others Property Management after a successful
career in management with a large national company.
He possesses a wealth of management knowledge that
has contributed significantly to the organizational
development of the company. Greg has developed skills
in all aspects of residential property management and is
committed to the highest standards of integrity.
Kevin Mortensen, Manager
Kevin joins the People Helping Others team as a seasoned professional with over 20 years experience from privately owned small businesses of five employees to National Corporations - largest in their class. In his management career, Kevin's ability to understand customer's needs and his ability to lead his teams to accomplish their tasks, set him apart from his colleagues. Kevin is dedicated to the highest standards of service and business ethics.
Mailena McCullough, Administrative Assistant
Mailena graduated from Granite Hills High School in 2001. She went on to college for General Education and is now continuing her education at Grossmont Community College. Mailena joined the People Helping Others team in 2005 and made an immediate positive impact. Her excellent organizational and communication skills have improved the company’s efficiency and devotion to customer service.
