Or you may either, fax the Application to (619) 325-4500 or email the Application to info@peoplehelpingothers.com . If you choose to Fax or Email the Application to us, please make a note somewhere on the Application identifying which property it is that you are applying for.
Every adult intending to live in the residence must fill out a separate application. There is a $25.00 application fee for each applicant. This fee will cover the cost of obtaining your credit report and the cost of processing your application. WE CANNOT BEGIN PROCESSING YOUR APPLICATION UNTIL THE $25.00 FEE IS COLLECTED. This fee may be paid in our office by cash, or cashier's check/money order. If you are unable to pay the fee in our office you may mail us a cashier's check/money order but please keep in mind that it will take a few days longer to receive the fee. We also can accept application fee payment by www.paypal.com , if you wish to use this method please call our office at (619) 282-5400 for details.
On every application we will verify your current and past rental history, income, and credit history. We do not have a set credit score but will look at all the history. To streamline the process, you should fill out the application completely. You may also include proof of income such as pay stubs, etc). Pay stubs must be the most recent two. We are also unable to accept any other Credit Reports that have been pulled prior to submitting your application with us. Please call our office at (619) 282-5400 with any questions or concerns.
